As always, last week was another wonderful vacation at the Shores Club! We love this establishment and the condo owner, Terry Smith is great to work with. He is always available if you need him before, during or after your trip! We love his condos that he has renovated. They are beautiful and very clean! We have 2 family groups/2 condos that have been vacationing with the Smith Properties for several years now. We would not go anywhere else! Love the location being on the quieter side of Daytona Beach. Clean property & beach. Can’t wait for another trip next summer! Highly recommend the Smith’s Properties!

Our family of 5 stayed at the Smith’s property and loved it. It is very clean, well appointed, very comfortable beds – even the Murphy bed! The access to the beach and pool are fantastic. The building is well maintained. The condo was very comfortable for our family but would also be great for 2 couples as both bedrooms were large with king size beds & en suites. Owners were quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the remodeled condo!! So nice to have “goodies” waiting on us at arrival! Clean, well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom needs, pet-friendly, and a great location! Owners go the extra mile to make the stay wonderful! We’ve already booked for next year!

Couldn’t ask for a better location to the beach and everything there is to do locally. Perfect 🙂

We rented this condo along with 106 for a “seenager” (seniors having fun like teens) getaway.

The condo is open, bright, clean and comfortable. It is steps away from a grassy area where we played cornhole, steps away from the pool, and has easy access to the beach – making it ideal to transport canopies, chairs and lunch to enjoy outdoors.

We have stayed at the Shores Club three years in a row and this experience was the best. Terry and Cathy stayed in touch and were helpful and very responsive prior to and upon arrival. They even welcomed us with a tray of sweets! How thoughtful!

This condo is a gem – your search is done when looking for your next vacation condo.

We went for a family vacation. The condo is beautiful, clean and with plenty of space to move around. It was very convenient to have the siding doors lead straight to the pool and ocean rather than having to use the elevators every time you would like to go there.

Our only 2 things we have something negative to say is the check out time is way to early especially when you have a whole family with young children to get ready. I spent the last day, which I really wanted to enjoy relaxing but instead had to start packing and cleaning. The other was that one set of blinds in the master bedroom were broken( we were asked not to open them, that they would call someone out to fix them) and did not get fixed during our 1 week stay. This was disappointing since it was one of the reasons we booked the condo was to be able to enjoy the ocean view.

OUR THIRD OR FOURTH TRIP! A GREAT CONDO WITH SUPER SPACE AND FULLY EQUIPPED! IT IS OCEANFRONT AND CLOSE TO GREAT RESTAURANTS! PERFECT PLACE TO VACATION!!!

My wife and I joined 2 couples from this local area to stay at this beautiful & very homey Condo. Great location next to shopping and places to enjoy a very good meal, and of course…on the ocean front! Nice and spacious…not a small room, or any negative things to say about this condo!. We will definitely be talking about this place to anyone discussing a vacation here.

The condo was very spacious, tastefully decorated,and well stocked with basic necessities. We enjoyed having a corner unit which was easily accessible to the beach and pool area. We plan to come again!

Terry and Cathy are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, and their beautiful condo is equally as nice.

The microwave went out on us a couple days before we were checking out. Terry and Cathy were in town, and came up the next morning after I text him with a brand new one. Told him not to worry about it, but they wouldn’t hear of it!

Again their home is gorgeous, provides everything you need for your stay, and quite frankly I won’t stay anywhere else in the Daytona area.

I only give it 5 stars because there isn’t 6.

THE SHORES CLUB WAS LOVELY, WELL MAINTAINED, VERY SECURE WITH GREAT PARKING. THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, WELL FURNISHED , CLEAN AND BRIGHTLY PAINTED. THE PORCH OVERLOOKING THE BEACH WAS PERFECT FOR MORNING COFFEE AND EVENING COCKTAILS. LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEXT VISIT.
